Thank you for choosing JTD Travel. This Client Travel Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of our services. By submitting payment and/or confirming your booking, you agree to the following policies.
1. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all travel bookings. Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Final payment must be made by the supplier’s deadline.
Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and loss of funds.
Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier (cruise line, airline, hotel, etc.).
Cancellation penalties may result in partial or full loss of payment.
JTD Travel planning and service fees are non-refundable.
Refund timelines are determined by the supplier, not JTD Travel.
3. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Insurance helps protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and interruptions.
By declining travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any losses.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring all required travel documents are valid and accurate.
This includes passports, visas, identification, and any required travel authorizations.
Names on bookings must match government-issued identification exactly.
JTD Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or missing documentation.
5. Changes & Modifications
Changes to existing bookings may incur additional fees.
Supplier change penalties may apply.
JTD Travel service fees may apply for modifications.
Pricing and availability are not guaranteed at the time of requested changes.
6. Communication Policy
We are committed to providing timely and professional communication.
Standard response time is within 24–48 business hours.

7. Service Fees
JTD Travel may charge planning and service fees depending on the complexity of your trip.
All fees will be disclosed prior to booking.
Service fees are non-refundable.

Group travel bookings are subject to specific terms.
Group rates and amenities are based on minimum participation requirements.
If minimum requirements are not met, pricing and inclusions may be adjusted.
Individual cancellations within a group may impact group pricing or benefits.
Group payment schedules must be followed to maintain reservations.
9. Liability Disclaimer
JTD Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.
We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.
This includes delays, cancellations, schedule changes, weather disruptions, injuries, or loss of property.
10. Marketing & Consent
By booking with JTD Travel, you grant permission for the use of photos, testimonials, or trip experiences for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
